PROBLEM

The Experience Center is packed with possibility — track drives, dining, exhibits, retail — but it's scattered. No clear arc, no connected experience. For a brand built on precision, that's failure.

APPROACH

I mapped the visit as a story with beats — before, during, after — then designed a mobile system that connects every piece of the Center into one flow.

OUTCOME

A concept app that acts as the visit's co-pilot: booking, track sessions, dining, and retail in a single system, with an interface that's fast when it needs to be and calm when it matters.

01 / CONTEXT

The Porsche Experience Center is a destination: track drives, demo laps, simulators, two restaurants, a retail store, exhibits. A self-initiated concept project asking one question — what if the digital experience matched the engineering?

02 / PROBLEM

You book a drive here, find a restaurant menu there, stumble across an exhibit if you're lucky. The pieces are powerful on their own, but disconnected. No clear arc. No controlled experience. The story is there, but it doesn't land.

How might we connect every part of the Experience Center into one continuous arc — from anticipation to adrenaline to cool-down?

03 / PROCESS

I broke the visit into beats: Before → During → After. Anticipation → Adrenaline → Cool-down. Each beat needed its own space, so I mapped the full information architecture first — every flow stripped down, movement tested, nothing extra, nothing unclear.

Once the structure held, the system followed: clean grids, controlled type, black and white with just enough heat. Precision, built into the interface.

04 / solution

The app became the missing co-pilot — one system connecting the entire Experience Center.

On the Track

The heart of the Center. Live schedules, real-time updates, and navigation built for clarity under pressure. Drive Experience treats each car like a character, with technical specs laid out.

Off the Track

Everything beyond driving: simulators, dining (Restaurant 917, Speedster Cafe), and the retail store.

The Booking Hub

Where visitors schedule drives, reserve dining, and plan their day. Clean, minimal, frictionless — anticipation should feel effortless.

05 / REFLECTION

What was validated: framing a physical venue as a narrative arc gave the IA a logic that a feature-list approach never finds.

What I'd test next: on-site usability — does the booking flow actually hold up against the Center's real scheduling systems, and where does the "co-pilot" framing need live data to deliver?
